Man and Biosphere Committee meets with Prime Minister Wescot-Williams
The Man and Biosphere (MAB) Committee met with Prime Minister Wescot-Williams on March 21, 2014 to discuss the benefits of a biosphere reserve designation, and the proposed sites for St. Maarten. Strengthening the Profile of the Memory of the World (MoW) programme in the Region
Ms. Elizabeth Watson, a Memory of the World (MOW) Consultant visited St. Maarten on Jan. 19-21, 2015. Her objectives for the visit were to: Identify national documentary heritage/s nomintable to any of the three registers (National, Regional, International).
