20^th Anniversary of the UNESCO Slave Route Project

-          Youth Parliament – Discussion in Parliament on Human trafficking and its impact

-          SIMARC (St. Maarten Archaeological Center)students will make a short film (approx. 15-20 minutes) about Slave Route Heritage on St. Maarten. The basic concept is to have them conduct personal interviews at five key sites relating to Slave Route Heritage on St. Maarten (Salt Pans, Over-the-Bank, Emilio Wilson Estate, the Zoutsteeg skeletons location, and Fort Amsterdam).
